EXAMPLE 1:  (Before the affair–or as it’s starting)
Disloyal Spouse is choosing whether to cheat or not

A (Activating Event) –

EXAMPLE 2:  (Shortly after D-Day and near the beginning of reconciliation)
Other Person sends a “Phishing” email to Disloyal, and the Loyal Spouse discovers the contact attempt before the Disloyal tells them about it.

EXAMPLE 3: (9 months down the road and reconciliation is progressing)
The Loyal Spouse goes to bed, and the Disloyal Spouse stays up a little longer on the computer, and the Loyal Spouse is triggered.
